Election Day Tomorrow
I for one, am going to be up early to cast my vote. So many of us are quick to protest anything, but in the one case where we truly have power in our words, so many of us don't use that right. If you don't vote, you give up your right to free speech. Don't vote tomorrow, don't complain about anything that happens in government for the next four years. You gave up your voice by not voting.
On that note, here is a LONG list of websites to visit. Each one of these will be a link and a brief explanation. Be informed about some of the bullshit that has been handed out to people. We've been lied to and tricked for the past four years. Its cost our country billions of dollars, over 1000 lives, and our respect.
Electoral Vote website - This guy has a unique set up as far as polling data goes. Cool website to check out. He's gonna update non stop election night.
100 Mistakes Of the Bush Administration - self explanitory
Bush Flip Flop - A few days before the election, Bush is no longer against Gay Civil Unions.
Mutiny Soldiers - A group of soldiers in Iraq are being held on charges of mutiny, because they refused to go on a mission that was suicide because they didn't have the proper equipment, and what they had was faulty.
The Truth Behind the SBVFT - Only 2 of the people in the SBVFT actually served under John Kerry in vietnam. Some of the so called members never joined the group either. Their names were just added to the list.
Other information that my links to the news stories are no longer valid (news sites don't keep their news posted forever.) The official report on Iraq, from last month, showed the Iraqi government had no WMD or ties to Terrorist groups. That was the reason we invaded, and they had NONE OF IT!!!
I am sure many of you hear out of the Bush camp that Kerry will raise taxes. The taxes he is planning on raising are for americans making over $200,000 a year. If you make less than that (which is about 95% of the country) your taxes will not go up.
Bush claims the economy is doing great under him because our GDP is up. How about these numbers. Unemployment is up, and the Dow Jones is down 4.1% in the past year, and over 10% for his entire presidency. Doesn't sound like a good economy to me.
I could go on for hours on how poor this Presidency has been. I could go on for hours on lies and mistruths that have been spread. I could go on for hours on why John Kerry would make an admirable president.
Yes, thats right. I don't think John Kerry is going to be a great president. I don't think he will be bad either. He won't be a Carter, but he also won't be a Kennedy. I know that George W. Bush is possibly the WORST President of my life. (Ford - Carter - Reagan - Bush Sr. - Clinton - Bush Jr.)
Most importantly though....
VOTE!!!
